By signing and clicking the “Confirm Contract” button, you agree that you have read and accepted the Terms & Conditions of Page Worldwide.
Effective Date: June 1, 2025
The person, organization, company, or agency purchasing any services from Page Worldwide shall be referred to as the “Client”, “you”, or “your”. Page Worldwide shall be referred to as the “Service Provider”, “we”, “us”, or “our”.
These include but are not limited to Web Design, SEO, PPC, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Social Media Marketing, Branding, Graphic Design, Video Production, Photography, Website Maintenance, E-commerce, WordPress, WooCommerce, Analytics, Training and all digital marketing services offered by Page Worldwide.
The Client authorizes the Service Provider to access all required hosting, domain, analytics, advertising, and third-party tools needed to deliver the purchased services.
The Client must provide content in readable formats such as Word, JPG, PNG or PDF. Any third-party images, music, videos, or copyrighted media must be licensed by the Client.
All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise stated in the invoice. Monthly services must be paid at the beginning of each billing cycle.
Advance payment is required. Delays beyond 5 days may pause services.
Major revisions will be charged additionally.
Ownership transfers after full payment clearance.
Any damage caused by third-party changes will be chargeable.
Any harassment or abusive behavior will lead to termination without refund.
Includes liability limitation, indemnity, confidentiality, refunds, SEO & PPC disclaimers, force majeure, governing law and disputes under Indian jurisdiction.
